We were virtually chased out of another 'Austrian' restaurant to end up here. We were glad. The service was welcoming & efficient. The food was cafe style. I had a Thai curry for my first meal in Graz! My partner had a 🐔 burger. We were happy with our choices. The place seems a favourite for the younger crowd, which means it was vibrant.

We specifically visited this place for a rich brunch and were not disappointed in the food. We visited on a Friday morning and were lucky to be seated without a reservation. The plate called Modern Art provides a classic variety of sweet and savory food with an assortment of pastries. Our waiter was visibly busy and stressed while serving us the food, but the quality is otherwise great.

The food was good, and I initially had a positive impression of the place. However, the atmosphere was extremely loud, with music playing at a high volume. During my visit, I received a phone call and briefly put it on speaker so I could hear, and a waiter immediately told me not to use the speakerphone. While I understand the policy, the way it was communicated felt rude and left me uncomfortable. Considering how noisy the restaurant already was, the interaction felt unnecessary and ended up spoiling my mood. Unfortunately, because of that experience, I don’t think I’ll be returning.
