Nam T★★★★What an interesting find. We came across Wetter while looking for a place near where we were staying. Wanted a different food experience but not too pretentious that the kids would not enjoy. Wetter offered the balanced dining experience with palate pleasing starters through entrees that are nicely presented. The chef plays with varying flavors to excite the taste buds. The portions are not large so have all 3 courses. The servers are very well versed about the menu and are polite. Sunk cost wait scale =45 minutes (how long I would be willing to wait to dine here)
