The waiters aren’t friendly but that shouldn’t be surprising in this city. Food was quite nice though and I think if the staff realise you’re not a tourist, then they end up being slightly friendlier.

The atmosphere was calm and relaxed – a wonderful place to sit back and enjoy a quiet moment in a historic setting. What really surprised us, in the best possible way, was the service. Our waiter was exceptionally polite, friendly, and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. A truly charming Viennese café that we would happily return to.
