This was a recommendation from a friend, and man was it spot on. We called ahead a few days ago for a reservation and they had a wonderful table ready for us when we arrived. We really liked the neighborhood tavern atmosphere. We went for it - four appetizers and four mains. All the appetizers were awesome. The arugula/avocado salad was spot on, and we couldn't put our finger on the dressing, but it may have been the best salad we've had in a long time. The salmon trout tartar was super fresh and heavenly with the dill cream. The Chanterelles cream soup was just the right amount of mushroom-y

We went at 9.00 p.m. without a reservation but were quickly accommodated and had a very tasty dinner. The staff was friendly and efficient. The calf’s liver and the beef tartar were excellent. The tiramisu was huge and delicious. I had a look at the kitchen and it was spotlessly clean. Highly recommend!

A fabulous surprise. I wanted local and cosy. I wanted a great schnitzel. I got both. On top the best strudel with a surprise topping of seasonal fruit (strawberry and rhubarb). I highly recommend. Not touristy at all. Very kind and friendly staff.

Delicious tradicional cuisine. When I say even the fresh lettuce was delicious I'm not exaggerating. We ordered the popular fried chicken, the ravioli, burrata cheese with beets, the famous fried veil, and some others dishes and absolutely everything was delicious. Im removing one star only because it was very loud, with some construction happening in the back which disrupted the lives. Other than that, 100% recommended.
