I had high hopes based on the reviews, but unfortunately this was an average shawarma. The wrap was okay but a little hard, the chili sauce and lack of garlic sauce was quite disappointing and didn’t feel authentic with the flavor profile. The halloumi didn’t look good at all either. For 12 euros a shawarma I expected this to be better than it is. And it was even made to order! So it took some time too for our food to be served.

Oh my. We had the falafel-halloumi wrap and the kofta-batenjan wrap. Simply amazing. So delicious. Hole in the wall with 7 seats, but the food and hospitality more than warrant having at least one meal here when visiting. The gentleman behind the counter was super nice. Even on a hot day when he was out of ayran, he left the restaurant and ran down the street to get us an ice cold fresh ayran. Highly highly recommend and no wonder it’s nearly 5.0 stars on reviews!!!

We came because of the reviews, and now it’s our turn to recommend it to anyone stoping by Antwerpen. Lovely place, with homemade food prepared with love. And few wrap options including vegetarian options. I loved both the chicken shawarma and the kofta. Both had really specific flavors and they are both worth your time. There are a few tables to dine in. The food was prepared relatively fast. I can’t wait to get back there and try something else from their menu.

Highly recommended !!!! We stayed in a hotel in Antwerp, just across this place. I saw that they have high good reviews, so we decided to try it. We went back the day after, and we wouldn't have to leave, we would most definitely eat there again! 10 out of 10, for real! Clean, fresh, TASTY , value for money and the guy that was working there (Tarrek) is super friendly and professional. He made us such a delicious wrap!
