The worst milk tea I’ve ever had, literally a disgrace to the original Gong Cha brand. We almost missed our train cause we had to wait over 30 mins for these 2 drinks, which was nothing compared to the TASTE of these bobas. Extremely bland, burnt, I ordered brown sugar milk but it tasted like straight water and burnt sugar.

This Gongcha is pretty small, but gets super busy, which i believe is also due to under staffing issues, and management. The prices are reasonable for bubble teas. The wait time was long. My drink, had too much sugar from what I asked and my usual order tastes at other Gong Chat, around the world. Otherwise, it was pretty delicious and cute.

the biscoff milk tea with 30% ice tasted like a lukewarm extremely watered down milk. there's barely any hint of the biscoff flavor, it's just crumbs and they were really soggy. the tea used was strawberry(?) for some reason, almost thought it had some strawberry jam put into it that aside, the tapioca pearls were decent edit: went from 2 stars to 1 star, I think the response from the owner is a bit unprofessional and almost rude... "do not buy it", yeah, of course I won't buy the biscoff anymore after disliking it? I read through other people's reviews and there's a pattern of childish or l
