Good lord, what an experience!! The self service at the bar was a warning light that was overlooked!! We ordered 2 drinks, 1 portion of frites and two croque mousiers. We were summoned to the counter by our little table buzzer indicating our culinary delight was ready to pick up - (this is going to be good after a 40 min wait!!!!) -, oh the joys of a customer centric service experience!! Well I have to admit, I have never seen such a poor attempt at a croque-monsieur in my life, in fairness one really must put some effort in to getting a croque-monsieur wrong!!! The smash burgers are great, but don’t organise an event there. The information is not centralised and there is no accountability or real customer support when things go wrong. I booked weeks in advance the upper floor, had to double check and remind them of the event as it seemed to have vanished from their agenda. On the morning of, i bring a huge cake (30th birthday) to be stored in their cold room for the evening. In the evening, another party was already there. The burger and the fries were good, really good but the service I will say… weird! I asked for a burger without pickles and of course it was not! I asked for fries with pepper sauce and it was with ketchup and mayo! Also when I ask for a glass of wine they told me the wine at 3,50€ was finished…. ok no I pay 7€ no problem, I come back for another one and it was 3,50€ I don’t understand. Btw the food is good, just improve your communication guys!

I ordered a hamburger and sat down with my computer. After 40 minutes, I got up to ask what was happening with my order. They told me I hadn't claimed it because the girl who took my order never gave me my call button to know when to pick it up. They made me a new one, but it took another 20 minutes, and they didn't even apologize. The service was terrible, and the bathrooms smell awful.
