The Café looks beautiful especially at this time of the year, Christmas. We found a table for 4 (family with 2 older kids) in a quiet corner, which was nice considering the place got quite noisy over time. Ordering online makes the process quick though it took a long time till we got the food, cca 30mins. The coffee is not the best, rather tasteless. Pancakes are huge in portions, which is a plus. Very filling. Overall we found the place pricey. There's a kids' corner - great for families with young children.

Baristas are very friendly and welcome even though I was nervous as non-french speaker waiting to order. Luckily, you can both order online and on the counter so it is nice to have time going through the menu. The iced latte is perfect for the heatwave and go well with berry pancake I ordered. While the cafe have air condition, but might feel a bit hot in some seating areas. Overall, still will visit again!

Food was great but the employees were completely incapable. We watched our food under the lamp for 15 minutes before someone actually brought it to us. Whipped cream kept melting and they had to remake the food. We had to find cutlery on our own. I have literally never seen such chaos. We knew the table numbers better than the employees by the end. One of us didn’t get the food for an hour and we had to ask for it. Crazy!

The place is big and a bit cozy. Perfect for moms who wants to have a chitchat with friends who has kids, they have a nice play room. But the inside counter was dirty. Staff needs to take some time to clean the floor.
