I’m not sure if the staff has changed, but if that’s the case, I genuinely think the team could benefit from better training in hospitality and F&B service. I can understand a slow kitchen or a slow bar if the staff is friendly, attentive, and responsive. But when both the service and the attitude are disappointing, the overall experience becomes frustrating.
