DAWN PITMAN★Evidently, the establishment doesn’t get that visitors from overseas who are not aware of the place being a “supermarket,” expect to be able to have their food warmed/heated/microwaved, as the place does resemble an eatery. Initially, the visitors were told that their food could be microwaved. They chose their food & duly paid for it; when they asked for the food to be heated up, they were told ‘no.’ When they then requested for a refund (while still at the counter), they were then told refunds were not available. The food is simply amazing. For a fair price you get a fresh made meal served with passion. Personnel working there are also really friendly and ready to help. This place is also great if you just wanna relax. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee or tea and in the tea room area.
