We were greeted by friendly but wildly busy waiters, clearly auditioning for a speed-walking competition. The restaurant was almost full, so there was a bit of a wait for our food. When the steak finally arrived, well… let’s just say it had been through some things. Ordered medium, it came out so overcooked it could have been a chew toy. But hats off to the staff—they quickly replaced it with a new one. 6 of us from England visited this restaurant on the recommendation of one of our party. Really enjoyed our meal. Friendly staff. Has a very local feel, lots of locals eating here vs. the tourist trap square further up the street. A classic example of how with a little exploring you can find a good honest restaurant that doesn't make you feel like you are being ripped off. We mainly had the beef steaks, all good.

First thing's first, the dish itself is fairly nice. The issue I had was with the bill. I wanted to order the moules but there's none for today. So I asked the waitress what the plate of the day is, and she said the pork chop with mustard sauce and I went along with it. But when I was clearing the bill, the other one said the plate of the day is chicken. So I got charged €10 instead €7.2.
