Very disappointed when our server presented our bills for our "group" with 10% "Service Charge" on each bill. Our group was 8 seniors age 65 to 85 out for a lunch. The restaurant was not busy, and only had one server, who said she forgot to tell us about the service charge. The server was friendly and did an excellent job. My concern is not the server. My concern was when the "franchisee" told me this was policy for "groups over 5 persons"! I also was concerned that the bill charged HST on the meal and the service charge. I guess we will sit at two tables of four if we ever return. We normall

Forget it Go somewhere else, please. I’m not one to leave a bag review because businesses are truly trying their best in this economy. Firstly, my food smells like OLD OIL (yes, it made me nauseous). I hadn’t eaten anything all day, so I spent $40 because I was HUNGRY. I threw away EVERYTHING because it was not edible. I’ve never had an experience where I’ve had to throw away ALL THE FOOD…… NEVER‼️ The pancakes are soggy The French toast is old The eggs are ok The sauce is thin and runny The homemade fries, I have no words to describe them, I could eat them. On a rainy day, I stopped by Eggsmart with my parents for some cozy family time. The place has a welcoming vibe, perfect for breakfast, with plenty of families enjoying their meals. The diner-style interior and cozy seating added to the comforting atmosphere. However, the service was a bit slow during our visit—it took some time for us to be served and cashed out, possibly due to being short-staffed. We ordered the Eggsmart Big Breakfast, Classic Benedict with Ham, and Classic Benedict with Salmon. Each plate was hearty, flavourful, and hit the spot—everything you’d want from a breakfast spot

I guess when you order their bogo from door dash, they just throw everything together 🤷🏾‍♀️. Let me know what you think. Side notes: Hollandaise sauce was very runny and lacked luster and color. Home fries were decent. You get what you pay for.
