He didn't ask about the ice and sugar level as other places usually do, so I thought it wasn't possible to change it, but my friends were able to customize theirs.

Morgan McCarthy★★★★★I don’t say this lightly but; officially my favourite bubble tea spot in Ottawa. A plethora of toppings, cool flavour combinations, great quality milk teas. This place really has it all. Most importantly I think there’s a lot of value for your money. Not like other places where you pay $12 for the smallest drink of your life, this place has great sizes that are on the more affordable range of bubble tea even with additional toppings :)
