We went to Casa Carbone in Aurora this evening for dinner, and wow… just wow! This restaurant came highly recommended by my son, who had been there the week before for a friend’s birthday—and now I see why. Run, don’t walk, and treat yourself to pure Italian cuisine. Everything was absolutely delicious, and I already can’t wait to go back and try more from their menu. Great food, warm service, we'll be back soon. The steak is sooooo good, as well as the squid ink pasta. The only dish we didn't enjoy much is the deep fried smelts - we found it fishy and the taste was plain. Other than that everything was wonderful.
