Unfortunately, the sandwich was extremely messy and poorly wrapped. Everything fell apart as soon as I opened it, making it very difficult to eat. The ingredients were spilling out and the presentation was disappointing. I’d recommend improving the packaging so customers can actually enjoy the food.

This was a disappointment. Went for dinner and the guy who took our order was nice. Took all of our details (toppings etc), all seemed fine but then a few other orders came in after ours which for some reason took priority over ours. My sandwich was ready for a while and pushed off to the side waiting on the second order to cook again. They finally decided to give it to me with no toppings. The toppings tray they had was very sad looking, some empty and the worker had to cut a tomato for me right infront of me? Lettuce was brown. Recently had lunch at this location and it was delicious. The staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. I know that ownership has changed recently so usually there is an adjustment period. People need to be patient but the staff is doing great. I’ve owned restaurants my entire life so I’m pretty critical and I was impressed with the cleanliness and food presentation. Got the Meat Eater poutine. The Philthy size poutine is pretty big. It could use a bit more meat, but it’s still tasty overall. Service was great, my only minor complaint was the flimsy plastic fork, which made it tough to eat.
