I had such a great experience at Subway thanks to Raj. He was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely friendly the entire time we were there. My mom and I really appreciated how he took the time to listen carefully to our orders and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. What stood out the most was his positive attitude, he made us feel welcome and comfortable, and you could tell he truly cares about providing good service. The employee named Prem got an attitude which seems a little rude as a customer. Food industries can be tough, however you still need to atleast show basic manners of communication. Rest all of the employees are pretty decent whenever I go.

Came at 11pm and it was closed. When it says its open until 1am. Got two subs last week and portions were absolutely terrible. Place is not cleaned, the employee had an awful attitude and bun was hard. Honestly a bad reputation to the company. Never going back.
