I had an absolutely amazing experience at KFC thanks to Rahima and Ravinder! Their service was exceptional from start to finish — friendly, fast, and genuinely caring. You can tell they take real pride in their work and in making customers feel welcome. The order was perfect, the food was fresh, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days, but Rahima and Ravinder truly set the standard. KFC is lucky to have them! They took my online ordered, charged me when the store was actually closed even tho it's only 7:30pm (no indication that they are closed when placing the order online). They did not pick up any phone calls after so I can't even dispute this charge and get it reversed. I called the general KFC line as well but they said i need to call the store to get it refunded.
