The customer service was out this world. The wonderful lady running at the front by herself there was in a rush as she had uber orders and other customers yet she was so nice about it and accommodating. She let us sample some macrons while we waited and then gave me and my woman friend a free macron ice cream sandwich because it was an extremely hot day. We genuinely had the best time just sitting there talking with the wonderful lady. Came here unexpectedly but the macrons were so perfect, and the customer service was the best I’ve gotten in years. On Thursday April 30th - 2026, we visited macaronZ for their vegetarian afternoon tea. Upon entering the “restaurant”, we were completely confused as to what we were walking in to. I had thought we walked into the kitchen, I even had to ask if we were in the right spot. The lovely lady that was working there confirmed to us that this was now the restaurant. We sat down and were completely blown away by the atmosphere, and not in a good way! We spent the first part of the visit wondering why we were looking at a kitchen and a wall of curtains. There were only 2 tables now for in house dinning.

MacaronZ is an absolute hidden gem in downtown Brampton! Tucked away on Queen Street, this charming little Parisian-inspired boutique feels like a secret escape to France. Their French macarons are out of this world—perfectly crisp on the outside, chewy inside, with over 40 incredible flavors that burst with authentic taste. I tried a variety, and each one was handcrafted perfection. The cozy tea salon is adorable, and the high tea experience is delightful with fresh scones, savory bites, and plenty of sweets. We love this quaint tea lounge. We took my sister for her birthday after receiving numerous positive and glowing reviews. We were not disappointed. From the superb service, exquisite teas, delicious treats and pairings. Our waitress Kayla was so sweet and loving towards our nephew he couldn't stop chatting with her. If you're in search of a special place to indulge or to treat that special someone in your life, we highly recommend this tea lounge. Oh and don't forget to visit the pastry section.
