If I could rate the food and the service separately, Nam's Hakka Cuisine would get 5 stars for flavour and 0 stars for basic humanity. I came in genuinely excited - their food has always been solid. But the customer service was so shockingly rude that it completely ruined the experience. We were seated outside, and it was freezing. Before we even ordered, before a single dish touched the table, we politely asked if we could move to one of the many empty tables inside. A simple request. A reasonable request. A human request. Instead, the staff snapped back at us with a cold, dismissive attitud

I had such a wonderful experience at this restaurant! We tried the noodles and jhol momo, and both were absolutely delicious full of flavor and perfectly prepared. We got the Nepali taste we wanted. The highlight of our visit was the amazing hospitality. A special thank you to our server, Anıl, who was so kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout our time there. He really made our experience even better. Highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be coming back! 😊

This was our first time here and we were genuinely impressed. The food was so good that I was too busy enjoying it to even think about taking pictures, plus, I was starving😉. Honestly , you have to come try it; you won't regret it. We had the chicken fried rice, triple schezwan fried rice, and the spicy chili chicken, and by far, this is the best hakka restaurant we’ve been to. My only hope is that the quality stays exactly as it is; usually, I find that such hakka restaurants lose their touch when the chef changes, but this chef is clearly talented. We’ll definitely be back👍🏼

We tried the chicken honey garlic momos, tiger chilli prawns (the best prawns I’ve ever had—huge and delicious!), triple schez rice, and fried chicken lollipops. The food was amazing! Just be mindful that we had to wait 40 minutes on a Saturday evening.
