Jianshu Cui★★★★★We had such a great drinking night at Le Balthazar in Quartier DIX30. The vibe was lively but still easy to chat, and the tap list was fantastic—so many Québec microbrews to try. We did a couple of flights, got spot-on recommendations from the bar team, and kept discovering new favorites. Snack plates (hello, nachos and poutine) were perfect for sharing, and service stayed quick even when it got busy. Exactly the kind of place you go for good beer, good music, and a fun night with friends. Would absolutely go back.

We were left waiting in line for more than 20 minutes, and when I politely asked a waitress about the wait, she responded in a very cold and dismissive manner, without any friendliness or basic customer service. The lack of professionalism and welcoming attitude made the experience very disappointing!
