I was asked to pay upfront before being served, which made me wonder if there was something about my credibility. While sitting and waiting to be served, the meal was initially handed to me in a plastic bag, even though I intended to dine in. After clarifying, they plated the food but served the sushi and the hot appetizers, like the lobster tempura, at the same time, which wasn't what I expected.
