I have experienced this issue three times now. I previously informed the restaurant about receiving burnt chicken, but unfortunately it happened again today. The chicken was badly burned, and it looked like the skin had been removed to hide it. This will be my last order from this place. I called and explained the situation, but the response was disappointing. At this point, it’s not about a refund—it’s about consistently receiving food that is not prepared properly. I cannot recommend this restaurant.

I got the 1/4 chicken with roasted veggies and roasted potatoes and it was a very good portion of food. Chicken was nice and tender and well seasoned and sauced. The potatoes were very tender and well seasoned and veggies were cooked perfectly. Definitely worth the price the workers were very friendly and welcoming too.

We got half chicken and hot honey sandwich, both were phenomenal. The chicken was juicy with perfectly cooked rice and potatoes. The sandwich was crunchy and hot! The passion fruit drink was perfect with all the spicy food. Loved the team too, mother son duo was extremely kind and sweet to speak to.

First timer. We recently moved to Burlington and saw great reviews on the community FB page. We are in an area with tons of takeout chicken options so decided to try it based on the great and frequent positive reviews. We ordered a full chicken dinner which came with 2 sides of potatoes and steamed vegetables. I found the price, quality and quantity to be good. The spices were perfect. We appreciated having the sauces on the side to try the mild and hot sauces (or mix them!). We would recommend this place!!
