Pique is one of my favorite coffee spots in Saskatoon. The coffee quality is consistently excellent — smooth, well-balanced, and clearly crafted with care. Whether you order a classic latte or try one of their specialty drinks, you can taste the attention to detail. One thing I especially appreciate is their opening hours. Everything felt thoughtful — fresh, locally sourced food, organic breads, and pastries that were honestly hard to choose from because they all looked so good. Beautiful interior and a thoughtfully curated menu, though not all items are consistently available. I especially love their pastries and appreciate how often they rotate their sweets; there’s always something new to try. Some desserts lean a bit too sweet for my taste though. Coffee/drink selection is also great. The pistachio cardamom syrup paired especially well with my matcha. I haven’t tried many of the items from their menu. But the lamb merguez sandwich was quite oily and would benefit from a lighter touch and a more refreshing element to balance it out.
