The store is very clean, the staff is very attentive, and everything was great. I ordered my pizza with lots of toppings and picked it up—everything was just fine. The only downside for me was the ground beef on the pizza. It tasted really bad, and my wife found a hard, bone-like piece in her mouth (we believe it came from the ground beef). Other than that, the pizza was generally good, and everything else was normal.

I placed an order for pickup, and the customer service was very disappointing. The person at the front didn’t say hi, made no eye contact, and didn’t even smile. Basic courtesy goes a long way. On top of that, the portion size of my cauliflower bites was very small, and the sauces were spilled all over inside the box. Seems like the employee guy was mad that i placed an order at 1:15am

Edit: When I complained, they only offered a $15 credit, which is insulting given the seriousness of the mistake. Poor quality control and poor customer service — I will not be ordering from here again. I am extremely disappointed with my order. I ordered an XXL vegetarian pizza with only pineapple, jalapeños, and green peppers. When we started eating, we found a piece of meat on the slice (see photo). This is unacceptable. Its good, didnt know they were a sister company of pizza 73, which was my go to in alberta. their pizza is greasy but thats how i like it, lots of options for sides and other items besides pizza. Bit on the pricey side for what you get but eating out is like that everywhere now
