Wow. How awful! Came here with friends to celebrate and it really ruined the mood. First off, service was so slow and poor. The restaurant was pretty empty, so we were left confused by the poor service. They were constantly bringing the wrong number of utensils and bowls, so we had to ask for more. It took close to an hour for all of our dishes to come out. One person got a sashimi bowl and she said the fish was off. Thankfully, most of it was okay, but she could not bare to finish it. Unami Sushi in Cloverdale was excellent. The Mexican Roll was great, and the spicy tuna and spicy salmon rolls were packed with flavor and a lot of protein. Everything tasted fresh and well made. Excellent job — will definitely be back soon to try the bowls! 🍣👌 Great option for dine-in or takeout if you’re in the Cloverdale area and craving quality sushi. The sushi rolls tasted not bad , but the bottoms weren’t fully sealed, so they fell apart when I picked them up. Are you trying to save costs by using less rice? Even an extra 10–20 grams per roll would make a big difference.

I ordered 4 party trays for a staff event and the platters were all ready (order placed 1hr 15mins prior to requested pickup time). The presentation was great and was delicious! The people seemed really nice as well.
