Got one of their amazing looking matcha orders along with a lunchbox and paid before i recieved the food, which I ended up regretting. Futhermore, they are giving clients free cookies for good reviews, so be aware that some of these are biased. For my own experience, it took a long time before we got attended to despite being on the set line, and the waiters were overall clearly disorganized as someone got their (same matcha) order that they paid for after my friend and I.
