Serena Sharma★★★★★Food was incredible! We were very hungry coming a workout and this spot perfectly satiated our diverse appetites with its variety of options and large portion sizes. I got the honey harissa chicken which was absolutely delicious. Other highlights were the whipped feta topping, the red pepper hummus, and the fried pita chips (which I don’t see offered at many places!). Open seating and very clean inside. Definitely recommend!
Steve O.★★★★★I was looking for a good lunch spot after a flight from Toronto and tripped on The Hungry Zus through a Google search. It was a little farther than I had planned considering that I had luggage, but it was totally worth the walk. I had a Garlickee Chicken Shawarma bowl and it was DELICIOUS. The person who served me was quick and courteous. If you haven’t gone to HZ yet, go; you’ll be glad you did. Quality food, service and very nice atmosphere for a quick lunch or dinner spot. I will definitely come back whenever I’m in town.
Erik Johnson★★★Mediterranean fast-casual grain bowl/wrap place. Think Cava, but Greek. The food is fresh and fast and portions are decent. The vibe is clean, bright, efficient, functional and not charming. Good vegetarian options.
Dimitar Velikov★★★★★I went to Hungry ZUS for lunch and it was honestly the best lunch I’ve had in downtown. I ordered the Garlickee Chicken Shawarma Bowl and customized it exactly how I wanted with my choice of toppings, protein, and rice. The customer service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and kind. The atmosphere was fresh and clean, which made the whole experience even better. Everything tasted fresh and made to order. I’ll definitely be coming back for more.
