I had already placed my order when I went in to confirm it for later that day. The young man asked me a couple questions to really understand what I needed. His recommendation changed my entire order! We ended up getting 6 pizza's instead of 3 and also got wedges, wings, dips and drinks for almost the same price. I didn't get your name but you deserve definitely deserve a raise, excellent customer service. Pizza was delicious, best in the city.

Ordered the cup-and-char pepperoni from Pizza Nova and they completely miss the point. The whole idea is for the pepperoni to crisp, curl, and char—but instead they put it on the sauce and then cover it with cheese. If you’re charging extra for it, it shouldn’t end up tasting and looking like a regular pepperoni pizza. Pretty disappointing.
