When you first walk in you expect a buzzing atmosphere and smiling faces, this place was instantly off. It was empty and the manager (we think) was walking around with a flashlight and running in and out of the kitchen. At a first glance it’s not a big deal. But, the wait for our food was almost an hour. When we finally got the food we couldn’t tell who's order was who's. I ordered a jerk chicken Mac and received a bbq sauce as well as hair in my food. i was not able to catch the cashiers name but i believe based off of other reviews it was ivy. she had an amazing attitude and gave me and my partner fantastic service. she always had a smile on her face and seemed genuinely happy to serve us. and she drew us as lore accurate cats!!!

Food was amazing. I highly recommend the honey garlic Parm wings. They do not give a really heavy feeling when eating them. Pairing them with the classic mac was even better. Atmosphere was great and welcoming. Service was also great and makes you feel comfortable. Ivy was a great help and welcoming.
