The puffs I got this afternoon were cold and drenched in oil. As I bit into each one, oil seeped into my mouth and it made me feel sick. I could not eat them all. I put 4 stars because I’ve generally always had a good experience, but y’all need to be more mindful.

I’ve always enjoyed visiting Mr. Puffs in Hamilton and Mississauga, so I was excited to try the Guelph location. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t meet the same standard. I ordered my usual favorites — the Bueno and Cappuccino Crisp glaze — but found that the puffs were quite greasy and had more oil than sauce. The drizzle was minimal compared to what I’ve received at other locations, which made the overall flavour less enjoyable. They simply didn’t have the same quality or flavour I’ve come to expect.
