JM Marks★Waited a L-O-N-G time for my drink order. I counted 5 drinks get made ahead of me for people behind me in line. I had been standing there for a long time, finally the barista named was Shea ask me what I was waiting for. I said a cold brew (nothing fancy). No apology or acknowledgment that she had forgotten my drink. It was just slid across the counter towards me with no eye contact either. The place needs a good cleaning as well. All the tables were dirty, the floor was dirty, and the counter needed to be wiped down. All in all the place is kind of gross and dirty. My food order also got mix
Jasmine★★★★★The staff members are amazing, they are always welcoming and great to talk to! I prefer getting my drinks here as they provide great services! But it can get really busy at times so ordering in advance might be a good idea.
Ace Kelly★★★★I don't really have a bad thing to say about this place. Things move quickly and every single person I've had the pleasure of dealing with over the counter is very delightful to talk to and to work with. I've never had a wrong order and even on the really busy days, things get done very quick. It's my regular spot!
Celia Payne★★★A small location at the side of Indigo, which has a workbench, individual tables and a few private tables tucked in corners for more intimate meetings or work sessions. The windows allow a lot of light to flood the space the food selections seem pretty vast for the size of this location. A picture wall helps visitors identify staff and the washrooms have been clean the few times that we've visited. The location is accessible, though maneuverability might require negotiation if the the long work table is full. The mall is serviced by public transit and offers a lot of parking. A second Starbuck
