I had a mixed experience at A&W at this location. The biggest issue is the bathroom access system. The washrooms can only be opened by staff pressing a button, which was incredibly frustrating and uncomfortable for me. I have a medical disability that requires frequent bathroom access, and having to repeatedly ask staff to unlock it made me feel like a burden and caused unnecessary embarrassment. This is not the staff’s fault at all: it’s an ownership decision that doesn’t seem to account for accessibility needs and places employees in an awkward position as well. What makes this more frustr

Ordered a Mozza burger and this is what I got. What is this A&W? I expect better for a $9 burger!!
