The new menu is full of amazing options, the chicharrones were fresh and delicious, the yuca was perfectly cryspi and the flavors truly stood out. The service was great…. the staff were super friendly and welcoming. That said, the service was quite slow, and the food took a long time to arrive. The atmosphere has improved a lot compared to when they first opened. It’s a noticeable upgrade that really elevates the overall experience. Now, about the food. I wanted to love this restaurant so bad but ended up disappointed. The staff were friendly, but did mess up our order. They didn’t leave the mistaken dish on our table or offer anything for free in compensation for their mistake. I would say that the different items are hit or miss. The plantain cakes were great. But the sauces were not very flavourful. The Arepas were good, but the guacamole was subpar, almost as if it was watered down. My partner thought it was potentially store bought. The beef empanadas were okay, more mashed potatoes than beef, they are deep fried though and if you hav
