I visited Miso Sushi today and had a great experience overall. The bibimbap was excellent — very fresh ingredients and perfectly balanced in flavor. The tempura was especially impressive, light, crispy, and not greasy at all. The rolls also had great texture and tasted very fresh, which made the whole meal really enjoyable. On top of that, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, which made the experience even better. I would definitely come back the next time I’m in Kamloops.

Fresh sushi, lots of options to try. The Menu is very easy to understand and most of the names come with photo which is helpful 😄. The sushi cuts and the platting looked a little off ngl, not sure if anyone new was working in the bar on that day. But taste wise it was all good like every other day I visited. Price is also reasonable.
