The employees were passive aggressive, and scolded me for not knowing where the bathroom key was. Then, they continued to forget my order. My friend had to remind them what I ordered. There’s flies everywhere, and it is not very sanitary. There is crumbs everywhere, and the place is honestly overrated. Other than that, the food is good, but I think half of it is bought from Costco. Would I recommend? Not entirely. Go to a different location… Other locations have much better service, and don’t yell at you for forgetting the bathroom key’s location.

Scones were posted at $4.75. I used my BCAA membership for 10% off of the food. Somehow the price came up as $5.04. I asked how come it was 29 cents more and was told it was the "tax". I then asked why the tax was added a second time. No answer. There was a line forming so it wasn't worth arguing. Funny how the price ended up being the same after the discount. (Tried to take a picture of the cheese scone price but she snatched it away. All the scones were posted as the same price.) It took a lot of persistence to get a copy of the receipt. Super shady.

This place sucks, I know homelessness is on the rise. However I know I have a job and I definitely needed to pee today during our walk downtown. Yes I could’ve peed at the place we were at. However we had to buy a $5 cookie so I could pee. The cookie was trash, the bathroom was worse. Toilet paper everywhere, paper towel everywhere soap water everywhere. If you’re going to make me buy something to use the toilet you could at least clean it!!! Can’t honestly say I’ll ever be back to this location. Cheers,

No matter what size herbal Tea you order it’s 4.15 plus tax. 2 medium teas and one small. Take note that they don’t add more tea bags for the larger sizes. $14. But to our surprise they do not carry honey in the store? What!? A cafe downtown doesn’t have honey? The worker offered their syrup, which she said was honey they mix with water. It looked chunky and disgusting. She said that they were out of real honey. Insanity. What kind of cafe doesn’t have honey for tea? Lol (Watered down honey they call syrup doesn’t cut it in 2026) if Tim Hortons can provide honey, expensive Blenz tea should as
