Every food were very unique & beautifully balanced. The presentation of each dish was stunning, & everything we tried tasted amazing. Some of my favorited were the fried eggplant with ragu sauce & lab leg steak with seasonal vegetables! The palate cleanser at the start of the meal was a pleasant surprise, one of the few high notes of this dining experience. Food was a bit disappointing: Salmon Ceviche - the salmon was not acid cured but salt cured like what you would expect with gravlax. So get this if you want gravlax not if you want ceviche. This is neither Korean or Italian so really I should've known better than to order it.
