Hussein Ballout★This experience was an absolute disgrace. I just received this order from Al Basha, and the quality is completely inexcusable. Look at the photo, this is what they thought was acceptable to send to a paying customer. These fries are burnt, oily, and essentially inedible. Serving garbage like this shows a total lack of respect for the customer and zero standards in the kitchen. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

Abdullah Mehri★I ordered food for pickup the other day and had a pretty disappointing experience. When I went in to grab my order, the employee at the counter was very rude and came across as miserable and unwelcoming. On top of that, the poutine I ordered was burned, which was really frustrating considering I was looking forward to it. Overall, the service and food quality did not meet expectations. Never going to this place again .

First time I order something for myself , and honestly from the potatoes to the garlic sauce, the rice, the falafel salad the beef shawarma, the seasoning * i have yet to try the cheesecake*..
