I went to Solymar twice in September for two different birthday parties, and both times were amazing. The food was absolutely delicious, I’m a huge seafood lover, and everything I tried was fresh, flavourful, and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere is fun, festive, and full of great energy. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel like you’re celebrating something, even when you’re not! I’m already looking forward to going back again. Def recommend! 🦞🍤🎉

The food was overall good, the beef could’ve been more to my taste, but still decent. The place wasn’t too busy, yet the service was really slow and communication with the waiter was a bit of a challenge! But hey, it was an experience!

Here’s a polished and professional version of your review/complaint: I arrived with my daughter to celebrate her birthday at 8:15 PM, and by 8:18 PM we were seated, which made us very happy at first. We were served water shortly after, but unfortunately that was the only service we received. No one came to ask if we wanted anything to drink or if we were ready to order. The servers were constantly walking back and forth, and the restaurant was not busy enough to justify the complete lack of attention. By 8:45 PM, we still had not been asked for our order. That is not my first time to visit Solymar but I have no clue what happened , I always order medium T-bone steak , today 4 plates came and all of it is well done , after waiting another 30 min. They gave me rib steak and the waiter were insisting it is a T-bone , I accepted as we were starving , still it want medium, this time were rare as you see in the photos , I asked for the manager , after waiting for 10 min . They replied he is not available at the moment!!!!! I really don’t know what happened with them it wasn’t like that .
