Go the the Surrey bubble waffle at 10355 152 St #1413, Surrey, BC V3R 7C1 go here instead The peanut butter waffle cake barely had any condensed milk and peanut butter so I was basically eating plain waffle cake. We ordered on the app which has a little discount and the app never had an option which said dine in or takeout. The owners said we couldn't eat inside the restaurant even when there was barely any people. Lowk kinda mean so we had to eat in the foodcourt

This is our go-to spot for bubble waffles and more! My family and I have been coming here for 5-6 years, and the food is almost always a 9/10. The value for the price is great—you can get a full meal and a drink for about $15-$16, and for just a couple more dollars, you can add a bubble waffle. The prices have definitely gone up over the years, but it's still a fantastic deal considering the quality. The bubble waffles are a real treat, especially when you eat them fresh. They can get a little soggy if you get them take out with other hot food because of the steam. The only time we've noticed
