Subject: Complaint Regarding Incorrect Order and Missing Ingredients Hello, I am writing to report an issue with my recent McDonald’s order. Unfortunately, I received the wrong order, and the food items did not contain the correct ingredients that I had specifically ordered. Some ingredients were missing, while other items were added incorrectly. Because of this mistake, I was unable to properly enjoy my meal. I paid for a specific order and expected it to be prepared accurately, but the order I received did not match what was shown or requested in the app. This experience was frustrating

This place has officially become the worst McDonalds in HRM. Got there at 6:45 am, you know, a pretty normal time for a weekday morning since people are heading to work. 4 cars head of us, no big deal. We order 2 bagels, an OJ and a coffee. Simple right? Nope! We sat at the second window for a good 10 minutes (I timed it) before anyone opened the window, to then be told "Sorry no one prepped cream cheese today, pull ahead and we'll give you your food there". I ordered delivery from here multiple times and 9 times out of 10, theres more than one item missing. Multiple drinks that I've paid extra for, sauces for nuggets, and missing Bakery items. Even missing burgers sometimes. They missed a whole entire happy meal one time. I used to work here years ago and Im not sure what happened but management really needs to make sure that all staff are communicating properly or double checking the order they're working on. Luckily doordash refunds everything but that still is missing food regardless. This location needs to do better.
