Dropped by to welcome a friend back to Canada, and this place delivered more than we expected. We went in on the Party Pack 4, which came with a full rack, 1 lb wings with their signature BBQ sauce, 1 lb pulled pork, coleslaw, beans, fries, cornbread, and a tub of sauce. On top of that, we added Pig Skins and a pound of pulled brisket just because we couldn’t help ourselves. To my taste, things leaned a bit saucy overall, but wow, the balance was something else. I’ve never had any complaints with their Food .. it’s always been good and/or to my liking. I prefer their full rack, poutine (dining in or eaten immediately)and beans the most . I like that most of the time the poutine cheese /gravy / fries ratio is perfect.
