I love this location, especially when the owner is in. She’s always super friendly and gives us a free cookie with our order. Only issue we some to have is when the other employee is in. She doesn’t like when you ask for certain things and states “She’s making it how, they make the sub”. Which is completely fine, but we should be able to make our subs how we wish. Without feeling uncomfortable after, because we’ve visibly upset her. Besides that, I ALWAYS enjoy coming here for my all subs.

Excellent service with a friendly smile. It's hard to find nowadays. Extremely clean environment, their washroom tells the cleanness. Sometimes, line up there due to their quality food, be prepared. It's better spend money on food places like healthy options than less quality fast food. I'm surprised to see Christmas decorations hard to find in Canada. Due to high food cost hitting restaurant like this. We all need to support local businesses and make a big difference. I highly recommend this location. 10/10.

Excellent Mr Sub , franchise. The owner takes pride in a clean and welcoming restaurant. Ingredients are fresh . Staff is helpful . Every time I visit always have excellent customer service . Craving a sub / sandwich in markham , this place is a definite go.

We went out of our way to go to a Mr Sub for our meal but were disappointed by my meatball sub. The bun was beyond stale. I haven’t had this happen in years. Just throw out the old buns, don’t pass them off to the microwaved subs it doesn’t work. The other two assorted subs purchased had fresh buns and were good. Mr Sub needs to monitor their franchises.
