I really love Osmow’s and it has always been one of my favorite places to eat. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and super satisfying. During the National Shawarma Day promotion, though, it was definitely chaotic. I scheduled my order on the app bright and early, thinking it would make the process smoother and faster, but it still took us over an hour to get our food. The line was long, confusing, and unorganized, and a lot of people were cutting in, being loud, and not following any kind of order. I visited Osmow’s recently and I ordered falafel on the rocks and chicken wrap. I liked the food but I felt falafel were not freshly made and frozen ones were used. But overall I liked the experience.

I’ve visited this restaurant several times, but my recent experiences have been very disappointing. On multiple occasions, I was denied dine-in service even though the restaurant was still open and other customers were clearly dining inside. The inconsistency in how customers are treated is frustrating and feels unfair. The customer service also needs significant improvement. Some staff members have difficulty communicating in English, which makes ordering and resolving issues challenging. Most concerning was the behavior of one employee, Manmeet, who was consistently rude and unprofessional.

I want to give a big shoutout to Dheru and Rehanna for their amazing service. I accidentally placed my order at another Osmow’s, but they went out of their way to call the other location and sort everything out for me. They still made me a delicious poutine here and were super friendly the whole time. Really appreciate their effort — great customer service!
