The chef would be out chatting with the customers and then go back to prep the food with the other cooks. Almost similar to the restaurants I would visit when in Taiwan. The food isn't overly seasoned which brings out the natural flavor of the meat and veggies. Love the beef noodle and braised pork rice, both dishes that I always ordered to evaluate Taiwanese restaurant. Guess I can save on airfare to Taiwan and eat more at this place.

I loved that the set came with sweet black tea (you have the option of a miso soup or iced black tea), which was delicious and the right amount of sweetness. We ordered the sweet and sour fish on rice set, the spicy eggplant rice set, the braised pork rice, and a plate of Taiwanese fried chicken to share. Every bite was perfection. I would absolutely come again and don’t forget to bring cash to avoid paying the credit card surcharge!
