The quality and quantity at this location were unacceptable. We were given stale burgers, the buns were hard and clearly old, and the patties were not fresh at all. When I called to complain, instead of taking responsibility, the staff brushed it off and made it a “trust” issue, saying everyone else was being served fresh food and that no one had complained. That response alone shows the lack of accountability and customer care. I ended up driving back 20 minutes just to prove a point. Horrible customer service and very poor food quality. Think twice before ordering from this location. No

Very disappointed with this KFC location. I ordered with the app to save time, but I waited more than 30 minutes. When I asked the staff, they said I needed to tell them I arrived before they would make my order. I never had to do this before at this location or other KFC stores. What is the point of online ordering then? Also, the staff’s attitude made me feel like I was the one in the wrong. Very poor communication and bad service.

I had a really great experience at the KFC in the Metrotown food court. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you’d expect when you’re craving something comforting and satisfying. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and patient—even during a busy rush. It made the whole experience feel much more pleasant. Overall, great food, excellent service, and a clean, positive atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I noticed they had a $1 individual size offer. Great deal, however… it looked like a kid size. It’s misleading. I gave it a second try and yup. Same thing happened. Don’t get me wrong they are tasty but it wouldn’t hurt to fill maybe 6-8 more single strands of fries to make it look more like a standard small portion. That’s just my honest feedback. Service and staff are friendly.
