Veronica Black★★★★★My husband and I went to Asteras for our anniversary dinner. We called ahead with not a lot of notice and they accommodated for us. We ordered the grilled half chicken and the seafood pasta (special). We also had the saganaki w/ pita bread and a peach daiquiri. The food was a 10/10. We understand why this place is so highly rated and it is a must stop when visiting Nanaimo. We also had great interactions with staff. Andrea was our server and did a phenomenal job all around. She was very attentive even when busy and seemed to genuinely care for all customers. Again we can’t recommend this place

After spending the entire day sitting in a conference room, I decided to treat myself to a good meal. I’ve always had a soft spot for Greek food, and this place did not disappoint. I ordered the half seafood pasta and half roast lamb platter. The portion was surprisingly generous, and by the end of the meal I was completely stuffed. More importantly, everything was delicious. The seafood pasta was flavorful, and the lamb was tender and well seasoned. A great choice if you’re looking for a satisfying me

Niro Tham★★★★★Great food in the heart of Nanaimo. Chicken Thigh souvlaki was unique as I believe they make it with White meat in Toronto but tasted just as good. Wasnt that big a fan of the cooled pysters but Rowen ( our server) did us a solid by providing a complimentary dessert as it was our birthdays as well. Rowens service really did put it the experience over the top as I dont always give 5 stars. Highly recommemd this place.
