Texted my boyfriend my exact order, which was a fruit peach slush with jellies and bubbles, I got the completely wrong order went in to have it rectified only to find out unless we check our order they don't offer any reconciliation which is absurd since the lady didn't even read back the order to confirm that SHE wasn't making a mistake. When I went in to have it corrected she argued with me, I then decided since it's my birthday and I wanted this drink to pay for an entire new one, just for her to still get it wrong. I will not be coming back to this location, every experience has been bad.

Ordered a mango slush today, but the taste was not the same as before. It used to have a rich and refreshing mango flavor, but this time it tasted different and not as enjoyable. I’ve always liked this drink, so I hope the quality and consistency improve.

I tried Chatime recently and honestly it was pretty disappointing. The drink tasted watered down and lacked flavor, especially compared to other bubble tea spots. Service was just okay, nothing special. Overall, not the experience I was hoping for, and I probably wouldn’t go back.
