This chain is very inconsistent... In Calgary it's amazing.. here but so much. The restaurant itself is very dark and in need of a good remodel. The fish was very oily along with the French fries. The batter was way too thick.. The only shining light was the service.

We went yesterday for food and drinks, I was surprised to see the waitress was on her mobile call all the time while serving the food and was also not listening properly. She was rude in replying and was in hurry all the time. The bar was not crowed on weekend seems because of her behavior.

I ordered food through Uber Eats for pickup because I wanted to save time. I drove about 15 minutes to your restaurant, only to find that it was closed due to construction. If the restaurant is temporarily closed, it would be helpful to update Uber Eats or add a notice so customers don’t place orders and waste a trip. This was quite frustrating and cost me both time and fuel. For clarification, I’m referring to Street Chefs (inside Brewster), not Brewster itself. Thank you.
