Naia Capanema★★★★Great pub in Inglewood. The building used to be a a Fire house. The ambiance is great fun, location is easy access, service was good, not great. Food: I had a cheesy soup, that was OK. However, they have a cup size for $9 and a bowl for $12. In the menu it says that it comes with garlic bread and it actually came with a cracker. I asked and the waitress informed me that it was only with the bowl. That's not what was in the menu. She offered me to bring some and I said yes, then they charged $2 for half a slice! Seriously. It's not the $2, but the principle of it. My partner ordered crispy chic

Seems the standard has dropped - the halibut is no longer lightly battered but comes with a thick (cake like) batter which was just so disappointing - not worth the price now! And they even charge extra for fries substitutions - did not see extra fees coming for that.

The food was good, the service was excellent and the lunch hour atmosphere was quite nice. The sound levels were not loud, at all. I ordered the steak sandwich and my wife had the taco salad. Both dishes were well prepared, with good portion sizes. My one complaint: I asked for my steak to be rare, but it was more medium. It was still delicious and good to eat.
