I had a great experience at Bistro on B! From the moment I arrived, the owner opened the door for me and was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The girl at the front counter was also super pleasant and provided excellent service. I ordered the brisket mac & cheese, and it was absolutely amazing—easily a 10/10. The food was flavorful, comforting, and clearly made with care. Great food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!

We frequent Bistro on B often and always have the best experience. The staff is friendly and helpful with any questions, food comes out promptly, bathrooms are clean and the food is fantastic We ordered pulled pork, brisket and burnt ends for pickup for a family get together and we were blown away! This was my first time visiting and all I can say is wow. The food was unbelievably good. My girlfriend and I ordered the barbecue brisket sandwich, birria tacos, and a side of mac and cheese, and everything exceeded our expectations. Very nice little cafe with vibrant atmosphere. You get to order and pay at the counter hence more of self check in service which is very efficient. You get your order brought up to the table when ready. The food is delicious. I really loved their corn bread. The best I ever had. It can feel overcrowded as it's quite small but overall the ambience is very good for quick meet up, lunch or a coffee date.
